U14 and U6 registration are closed. We have 4-6 spots open for U8 (ages 7-8). We have two spots for U11 (ages 9-11) on teams that practiceWednesday or Thursday. All registration will close sooner than anticipated, please register or inquire at [email protected] if you are interested.

Youth flag football for ages 5-14. We now accept 5 year olds! Spring League and annual summer programs. NFL Flag sponsored, 5 vs 5 format. All games are in Holliston, Saturday mornings between 8:00am-1:00pm. This is an instructional league consisting of players of all ability levels and is open to all surrounding towns. Best of all, every player is a skill position! We are a recreational league open to beginners and we insist that our coaches give kids as close to equal playing time as possible.

Our first game is April 29th and the season will run through June 10th or 17th. As soon as teams are assigned, each head coach will determine on which weekday ONE practice will be held. We always need coaches and it is an incredibly rewarding experience. We can provide plays, practice structures and offensive/defensive "schemes"- just ask! Please register to coach- the league doesn't happen without you.

For spring 2023, we have received enough registrations for the following age groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12-14! Kids can play up or down an age division based on parental/director consultation. It is strongly recommended that 5 year olds already be in Kindergarten.

In 2023, we plan to build on our core values of Fundamentals, Execution, Aiming for our goals, Sportsmanship and Teamwork with all the friendly faces from past years and as many new ones that can join us as possible! We hope that the values we try to impart on kids will serve them off the field as well.
