DFFH SPRING LEAGUE 2023

Youth Flag Football for ages 6-14. Spring League and annual summer programs. NFL Flag sponsored, 5 vs 5 format. All games are in Holliston, Saturday mornings between 8:00am-1:00pm. This is an instructional league consisting of players of all ability levels and is open to all surrounding towns. Best of all, every player is a skill position! . Our first game is tentatively April 29th and the season will run through June 10th. As soon as teams are assigned, each head coach will determine on which weekday practice will be held.

In 2023, we plan to build on our core values of Fundamentals, Execution, Aiming for our goals, Sportsmanship and Teamwork with all the friendly faces from past years and as many new ones that can join us as possible!

Age Divisions are flexible and we won't know for certain how the age groups are split until we know how many registrations we have and what the final age distribution is. IF YOU HAVE A 5 YEAR OLD (AS OF SPRING), PLEASE INQUIRE. With enough interest we will have a 5-6 year old age group. Otherwise, the youngest age group will be 6-7 year olds.
