DYNASTY FLAG FOOTBALL HOLLISTON: Co-ed, recreational youth flag football, ages 5-14. Emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship. 5 v 5 NFL Flag rules, equitable playing time and every player can run or catch the ball. All surrounding towns are welcome to join!

WHEN: SPRING SEASON ONLY (so we don't conflict with Holliston Youth Football). Games are SATURDAY mornings between 8:00-1:00 IN HOLLISTON. Season runs from April 12-June 14th. Keep an eye out for annual summer programs as well!

WHERE: GAMES ARE IN HOLLISTON at Stoddard Park on SATURDAY mornings.

AGE GROUPS: THE AGE GROUPS ARE NOT SET UNTIL ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE IN. Last spring, we ran groups for ages 5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12-14. This spring should be similar, but the age distribution of our registrants will determine the exact age groups. Players can play up or down a group based on director/parental consultation!

PRACTICE: WE DO NOT KNOW WHICH DAY YOUR PLAYER WILL PRACTICE YET. ALL PRACTICES ARE IN HOLLISTON, location TBD. Once teams are assigned prior to April vacation, a Head Coach will contact you with your team placement and once/week practice schedule. We do our utmost to work through multi-sport and other conflicts and thank you in advance for your patience.

We are a friendly and animated league that continues to add dozens of new kids every year- we had players from 9-10 towns in 2024! We value sportsmanship above all else and enforce a zero tolerance policy with players, coaches and spectators. 

It is strongly recommended that 5 year olds already be in Kindergarten.

In 2025, we plan to build on our core values of Fundamentals, Execution, Aiming for our goals, Sportsmanship and Teamwork with all the friendly faces from past years and as many new ones that can join us as possible! We hope that the values we try to impart on kids will serve them off the field as well.
